Tasting Notes: Bright pale yellow color. The initial nose is very expressive and aromatic, with fruity notes. Upon aeration, it gains depth and reveals aromas of white-fleshed fruits. On the palate, the attack is crisp, with hints of candied lemon. The mid-palate is full and mineral, leading to a smooth finish.
Pairing Suggestions: Aperitif, seafood, vegetable terrine, and goat cheese.
