After 20 years working with children and various training in the field of well-being (Reiki, Aromatherapy, Wellness Massages, Laughter Yoga, Child Massage in schools and at home...), I realized there was a profession that combined everything in my toolbox to support those who wished to embark on their life journey.
Naturopathy became an obvious choice!
It is a holistic and personalized approach to a person, using natural methods. The naturopath takes the time to listen, exchange, and advise with a compassionate ear. I believe this is very important in our society, where everything moves so fast, and we are more focused on the outside than on the inside.
So, while continuing to work, I trained for 3 years at the CNR André Lafon (College of Renewed Naturopathy). After earning my diploma, I left my job and became self-employed.
It wasn’t easy to take the leap, but I have no regrets!
My work is truly fulfilling!
